House Soft Washing
Low-pressure cleaning safe for siding, stucco, vinyl, and brick. Removes mold, mildew, algae, and dirt — including soffits, fascia, and exterior gutters.
About our house soft wash service.
Our house soft wash uses a low-pressure spray paired with a biodegradable cleaning solution that breaks down mildew, algae, and dirt at the source — instead of just blasting the surface. It's safe for vinyl, brick, stucco, hardie board, painted wood, and aluminum, and it gets the spots a power washer can't reach without damaging your siding.
What's included
- Walk-around to flag landscaping, screens, and electrical fixtures
- Soffits, fascia, and exterior of gutters cleaned with the wash
- Spot-treatment of stubborn mildew and algae
- Final rinse with attention to windows and trim
House Soft Wash questions, answered.
Straight answers to what people ask most. Still wondering something? Just call — we're happy to talk it through.
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing relies on force, which can crack siding, drive water behind it, and strip paint. Soft washing uses a low-pressure spray plus a biodegradable cleaning solution that kills mold, mildew, and algae at the source — so it cleans more thoroughly and lasts longer without the risk of damage.
Will a soft wash damage my plants or landscaping?
No. We pre-wet and rinse surrounding plants and flag anything sensitive during the walk-around, and the solution is diluted and biodegradable. Protecting your landscaping is part of the job.
How long does a house wash last?
Because we kill the mildew and algae rather than just rinsing the surface, most homes stay clean for one to three years depending on shade, tree cover, and humidity. Shaded, north-facing walls regrow fastest.
