Towns we serve across the Metro East.

We work all over Edwardsville — from the historic homes near St. Louis Street and Leclaire to newer subdivisions on the north side of town. The mature tree cover here means a lot of houses fight green algae on the north and east-facing siding, and our soft wash is the right tool for it without taking the finish off your paint or vinyl.

Glen Carbon backyards trend toward shaded patios and decks that pick up algae fast. We do a lot of patio brightening, deck washing, and house soft washes here — especially in neighborhoods near Miner Park and along Cottonwood Road.

Collinsville has a great mix of older brick homes downtown and newer builds further out, plus a lot of small commercial properties along Belt Line Road and Beltline. We handle both — house soft washes for residential and dumpster-pad and storefront cleaning for businesses.

Maryville's a quick run for us out of Edwardsville. We see a lot of vinyl-sided ranches and split-levels here that benefit from a soft wash every couple of years to keep mildew from taking hold on the shaded sides of the house.

Troy is one of our regular routes — we cover everything off Edwardsville Road and 162 down through the older parts of town. Roof soft washes and driveway brightening are the most common requests here, plus full property refreshes before listings.

O'Fallon's a steady part of our route — lots of newer homes with vinyl and hardie-board siding, plus larger driveways and three-car garages. We handle routine soft washes, roof treatments, and garage-floor degreasing on a regular basis.

Belleville has some beautiful older homes downtown and around West Main, where surfaces can be more delicate. Soft washing is the right method here — high-pressure work risks damaging older mortar, paint, and wood. We work both residential and small commercial throughout the city.

Highland is a bit further east but well worth the drive — we cover the area regularly and see a lot of larger lots with longer driveways and detached garages. Concrete brightening and full-house washes are the most common jobs here.

Granite City picks up industrial dust and grime that builds up on siding and concrete faster than other parts of the Metro East. We come out regularly and the difference between a freshly washed Granite City home and one that hasn't been cleaned in a few years is striking.

Alton has a real mix — historic homes in the bluff neighborhoods, newer builds further inland, and commercial along Broadway. The river bluffs and tree cover up here mean a lot of north-facing siding gets shaded, and soft washes keep mildew under control without damaging older finishes.

Wood River is on our regular route up the Riverbend. Vinyl siding washes, driveway cleaning, and roof streak removal are the most common jobs here — and we pair well with the bluff-side homes that need a careful soft-wash approach.

Bethalto's a common stop for us heading up to Wood River and Alton. We handle soft washes, deck and fence cleaning, and concrete brightening throughout the area — and we can usually pair Bethalto jobs with neighboring towns for faster turnaround.
