We started Precision Exterior Cleaners because most pressure washing in this area is either overpriced franchise work or someone with a borrowed wand and no insurance. We wanted to do it right.

Most of our work is soft washing — a low-pressure cleaning method that uses the right detergent to actually kill mold, mildew, and algae instead of just pushing it around. It's the method recommended by most major shingle manufacturers for roofs, and it's safer for vinyl, brick, painted wood, and stucco than a high-pressure wand.
We also do high-pressure work where it's the right call — concrete cleaning with a surface cleaner for even results, garage floors, dumpster pads, and commercial flatwork. Different surfaces, different methods. We pick the one that actually works.
