Dumpster Pad Cleaning
Heavy-duty degrease and sanitize for dumpster pads, drive-thru lanes, and back-of-house concrete. Recurring schedules available.
About our dumpster pad cleaning service.
Dumpster pads and drive-thru lanes pick up grease, food spills, and bacteria fast — and they're often what your health inspector and your neighbors notice first. We degrease, surface-clean, and sanitize on a recurring schedule that keeps it under control instead of letting it build up.
What's included
- Degrease and pre-treatment of stains
- Surface cleaner for an even finish
- Sanitizing rinse to knock down odor
- Monthly, quarterly, or as-needed scheduling
Dumpster Pad Cleaning questions, answered.
Straight answers to what people ask most. Still wondering something? Just call — we're happy to talk it through.
Why does a dumpster pad need more than a rinse?
Grease, food waste, and bacteria build into the concrete and create odor and slip hazards a plain rinse won't touch. We degrease, surface-clean, and apply a sanitizing rinse to actually knock it down.
Will it help with the smell?
Yes. The sanitizing rinse targets the bacteria causing the odor, not just the visible grime — so the area smells noticeably better, not just looks cleaner.
How often should we have it done?
It depends on volume, but most food-service properties do best on a monthly or quarterly schedule so it never gets out of hand. We'll recommend a cadence for your site.
